Every person and organization I work with comes to me carrying both a vision and a challenge. Sometimes it’s the desire for more freedom in business, sometimes it’s the longing to reconnect with self, sometimes it’s about creating impact that ripples out into families, communities, and beyond.
What happens in our work together is never one-dimensional. It’s not just business strategy, or just spiritual alignment, or just personal growth. It’s the weaving of all of these — practical tools, energetic alignment, intuitive insight, and deep inner work.
These stories are just a glimpse into what becomes possible when clarity meets courage, when strategy meets soul, and when people allow themselves to step fully into who they are meant to be. The transformations don’t end when our time together does — they continue to unfold, creating new opportunities, new freedom, and new ways of thriving.
Here are a few of the journeys I’ve had the privilege to support.
On the strategic side, she learned how to use AI to support her business, explored marketing and sales tweaks, created pathways toward passive income, and built productivity and planning strategies that gave her back time and energy.
On the spiritual side, we worked with her Human Design, which gave her language for who she truly is and why certain patterns kept repeating. She instantly recognized herself in it, and for the first time, she felt seen.
On the inner side, she discovered the patterns that had held her for over 50 years. She recognized how anxiety had silently shaped her life and began the process of untangling it. She built a new foundation — rooted in self-worth, clarity, and freedom.
When Nicci came to me, she was already running a thriving business — multiple Pilates studios, a buzzing community, and endless ideas. She had the energy, the vision, and the passion. What she didn’t have was space. So much of her time was tied up in the day-to-day operations that she couldn’t fully step into the role of owner and visionary.
She wanted to bring more efficiency into her business, free herself from the operator role, and focus on her next evolution.
Together, we worked on aligning both her business strategy and her energy:
On the efficiency side, we introduced AI across her business, reducing staff admin time by about 90%. She implemented it in every area, freeing up hours and resources that could be redirected into growth.
On the growth side, we created a blueprint for digitizing her courses so she could reach more clients without needing to be live every time. This not only multiplied her impact but also gave her back more freedom.
On the leadership side, we mapped out the team she needed, matched the right skills to the right roles, and guided her in aligning with the right people. This clarity led her to hire a CEO and drop her own admin time and direct involvement dramatically.
On the alignment side, we worked with her Human Design to ensure that every decision, from team structure to business model, matched her natural flow and strengths.
The result? She turned her business into a whole new kind of operation — one designed to scale, serve more people, and give her the freedom to create as the visionary she is. She’s now in the final stages of fully stepping out of the operator role, with joy, excitement, and total clarity on every step of the journey.
This was never about just “working less.” It was about shifting her identity from operator to owner, from being in the business to truly leading it forward with a vision.
From Exhaustion to Aligned Creation
When Kathryn came to me, she was a successful entrepreneur in her 40s, a mom, and someone others looked at as “having it all together.” But inside, she felt drained. The business she had built with her partner was no longer fulfilling — it was exhausting. She felt like she was losing herself, always moving, never pausing long enough to ask: “What’s next? What do I really want to create?”
She wanted to create passive income. And there was a strong reason for it. She wanted strategy, clarity, and space to innovate from the heart instead of just running on autopilot.
Together, we worked on both the practical and the energetic.

On the energetic side, we explored her Human Design which, combined with my intuitive insights, helped her uncover where her energy was leaking, what patterns had been guiding her decisions, and how to align with her natural flow.
What unfolded was more than just business clarity. It helped her reconnect with herself. She stepped into boldness, confidence, and alignment. She went from feeling lost and exhausted to clear, energized, and excited about her next chapter.
This wasn’t just about building a new business — it was about rediscovering who she truly is and creating from that place.
Creating a Ripple Effect Through Education
When Joanna, the owner of a private elementary school, came to me, she was already creating an incredible impact on children and their communities. Yet her vision was even bigger: she wanted her school to not only educate but to empower children to thrive — so they could grow into adults who create a thriving world in return.
She wanted her team to be aligned, inspired, and equipped to support each child’s unique path. And she wanted her school to have a framework that honored children as they are, helping them follow their bliss instead of trying to change them.
We worked on two levels:
With the team: Through a series of workshops, we helped teachers understand themselves and the children more deeply. Using Human Design, the 6 Human Needs, the 5 Love Languages, and Stephen Cowan’s 5 Elements, they discovered their own strengths and patterns. This self-awareness allowed them to step more fully into their areas of expertise and to meet each child with deeper empathy and understanding. The result was a team that was more aligned, more connected, and more capable of creating an environment where every child could thrive.
With the school owner and their curriculum writing lead: We have been co-creating a signature curriculum inspired by my Thrive School concept of Happy, Healthy, Wealthy. This curriculum is now being embedded into the school’s academic year, giving students tools for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and joy. It’s not just about academics — it’s about helping kids know themselves, understand others, and live in a way that creates ripple effects of love and contribution in their communities. And we continue to review it.
What unfolded was more than a school strategy. It was the creation of a movement inside a school — where teachers feel empowered, children feel seen and supported, and the owner feels aligned with her mission to help shape a generation that thrives.
